CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The Virginia Oaks Sea Devils have been offering a Swim Team and Developmental program for over 8 years now. We are proud to be such a strong part of our community. We also offer these programs to outside neighborhoods. We welcome all our neighbors to be part of our inspiring team environment. Last year we were able to make available a wonderful swimming experience to 200 + swimmers and their families. This is possible because of sponsors like you! Because of your generosity, we are able to purchase team equipment, trophies/ribbons, pay coach salaries, pay league fees and fund social events for our young swimmers. We believe these programs will give families an affordable way to keep kids safe in the water and foster the love of swimming for years to come.
Sponsorship is a great way to give back to the community and advertise your business. We offer the following sponsor packages and hope you will consider being a part of our Swim Team family.

FIRST PLACE SPONSOR $750.00
- Company to receive one (1) quarter page Ad in the 2010 Virginia Oaks Directory, reaching over 600 homes in Virginia Oaks. “Camera Ready” ad to be designed by company.
- Company logo displayed on Sponsor page of VOSD website www.swimvaoaks.com.
- Company to receive a full page ad in each edition of the “Heat Sheets” printed and distributed at home meets during the 2010 season. There are 3 home meets in the 2010 season with approximately 200 plus in attendance.
- Company name and logo displayed on its own banner at all home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company’s sponsorship announced at all home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company will receive a plaque in recognition of team sponsorship.
- Company is allowed to distribute information promoting business at each home meet during the 2010 season.
- Team T-Shirt
SECOND PLACE SPONSOR $500.00
- Company to receive one (1) quarter page Ad in the 2010 Virginia Oaks Directory, reaching over 600 homes in Virginia Oaks. “Camera Ready” ad to be designed by company.
- Company logo displayed on Sponsor page of VOSD website www.swimvaoaks.com.
- Company to receive a half page ad in each edition of the “Heat Sheets” printed and distributed at home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company name and logo displayed on a banner shared with one other Second Place Sponsor at all home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company’s sponsorship announced at all home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company will receive a plaque in recognition of team sponsorship.
- Company is allowed to distribute information promoting business at home meets during the 2010 season.

THIRD PLACE SPONSOR $250.00
- Company to receive a quarter page Ad in each edition of the “Heat Sheets” printed and distributed at home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company name displayed a banner with other Third Place Sponsors at all home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company’s sponsorship announced at all home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company will receive a plaque in recognition of team sponsorship.
- Company is allowed to set up table and distribute information promoting business at home meets during the 2010 season.
WARM UP SPONSOR $100.00
- Company’s Sponsorship acknowledged on all “Heat Sheets” printed and distributed at home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company’s sponsorship announced at all home meets during the 2010 season.
- Company allowed to set up table and distribute information promoting business at home meets during the 2010 season.
